On application the General Cata- logue will be mailed free of cost, and we are prepared to quote prices to the trade on any item it contains. Orders will be shipped either late in the fall or spring, and should be placed as soon as possible. We prefer spring ship- ments, as we avoid the risk of freezing while the shipments are on their way overland. Orders accepted subject to crop, and provided stock is unsold in Japan. It is understood, however, that we assume no responsibility for accidents or delays beyond our control. Claims for errors and deficiencies must be made within ten days after delivery of goods. In case of any error on our part, it is mutually agreed between the purchaser and ourselves that we shall not, at any time, be held responsible for a greater amount than the original price of invoice.
